Caedium installers are available for the following platforms:
Caedium (without activated add-ons) is a viewer for sym and BRep files.
Caedium add-ons provide Computer-Aided Engineering tools that require activation - for details please review our FAQ "What is product activation?"

All versions of Caedium are 32-bit and share the following requirements:
- 300 MHz or higher, Intel or compatible processor (CPU)
- 128 MB RAM or better
- 200 MB free disk space
- SVGA 800x600 or better
- OpenGL graphics card support recommended
- Internet connection for online installation and activation

Caedium does not require administrator access to install.

Linux
Caedium on Linux
We use Autopackage to install Caedium and its add-ons under Linux. If it's your first time using this installer please review "How to install Linux autopackages in 4 easy steps".
We recommend installing Caedium and Autopackage itself locally (i.e., not as root) to avoid conflicts. So when the root password dialog appears, early in the installation process, click the No Password button.
Linux requirements:
- 32-bit or i386 package if on 64-bit
- GLIBC 2.3 or later
- GTK+
- OpenGL
- KDE or GNOME desktops recommended
Linux installers:
