Rans Flow Failed
My problem is that I have ran about 10 different C02 Dragster designs through Caedium and only about 4 of them worked fine with the others failing and giving me a rans flow failed error and the residuals monitor is really erratic. I am not sure why this is as some are only slightly different to ones that work fine. What do I need to do to fix it?

Likely Mesh Problems
I would guess the most likely cause of your problems, assuming you have set up the case correctly, is poor meshing around the areas you've made changes to.
I suggest you try diagnosing and fixing meshing problems outlined in the comment "Geometry Clean Up, Mesh Control, and Mesh Diagnostics".
