I suggest you try some simple cases before trying a complex car. Try a simplified car geometry and then set up and simulate that. If you are having problems, then more than likely it is related to the geometry, so I suggest you review the FAQ "How do I fix mesh and solver failures?"
In your current case I would expect a previous warning that said the meshing failed, at which point there is no point proceeding to try a running a simulation. You should always check the quality of your mesh for non-trivial cases, such as yours, as suggested in the FAQ.
